Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital files are final.

Digital downloads (including STL, 3MF, DXF and other digital files) are non-refundable once the purchase has been completed. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are accepted after the file has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience technical issues with a file, please contact us and we will assist you.

For physical products (if applicable):

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return.
